We offer a 1-yearguarantee on all tooth and root fillings and a 3-year guarantee on all replacements.
Implants placed by us have a 100% success guarantee.
Our composite (white) fillings are fully guaranteed for 1 year from the date of manufacture. Within the warranty period, we will replace or repair any damaged or failed gasket free of charge. We give a 1 year guarantee on root seals made by us. If the root seal needs to be replaced within this period, we will do it free of charge.
In the case of cervical wear, the warranty period is 6 months.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or accident.
The guarantee is conditional on maintaining good oral hygiene and we offer free advice on this to our patients.
If the replacement of a filling covered by the guarantee is not medically recommended, the original price of the filling will be deducted from the current price of the alternative restoration (e.g. inlay instead of filling).
We offer a 3-year guarantee on all permanent restorations (fixed or removable) from the day of delivery. The first 2 years of which are full warranty. During the first two years, we will carry out medically justified replacements or repairs free of charge. Replacements that are older than 2 years but more recent than 3 years are covered by a medical guarantee, which means that we only charge a dental technician fee for repairs or replacements in these cases.

The guarantee is conditional on at least one check-up per year in our practice, which we provide free of charge to our patients.
The guarantee does not cover any additional treatments that may be required during the period of the prosthesis, such as root canal treatment.
The guarantee does not cover the higher cost of a different solution to the original restoration (e.g. an implant restoration instead of a bridge), in which case the original cost of the work covered by the guarantee will be deducted from the actual price of the procedure under guarantee.
The implant systems we use have an outstanding success rate of 98%. This means that, even with the most careful planning and surgical work, the implant may not ossify properly and may need to be removed. To ensure that our patients do not have to worry about this, we offer a 100% success guarantee on our implants, which means that we will replace implants that fail on the primary site with another implant free of charge. If this is not possible, the full cost of the failed implant (including surgery) will be deducted from the cost of any further work.
The guarantee is conditional on strict adherence to the prescriptions and good oral hygiene during the healing period. These will be explained in detail before the operation.
The guarantee is given by DenTotal Ltd. for the work carried out by its employees.
The guarantee for the work includes all the costs of the practice, but does not include any other additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation, parking, etc.).
The need for replacement or filling and any complaints arising will be decided by the DenTotal Ltd. doctor, and repairs or replacements not medically justified are not covered by the guarantee (e.g. subsequent request for a different tooth colour).
Changes made in-house or in another practice to a filling or replacement made by us will void the warranty.
